I’m gonna try to explain by the best means what I’m looking for and hopefully you’ll understand my problem 

I have 5 html/css templates which works ok in Safari.

What I would like is to have these optimized/re-written so they look nice and crispy and works perfect in IE7+, Firefox, Safari, Chrome etc. etc…

By nice and crispy I think if little details such as shades, outlines etc. everything that makes a design look very nice webdesign 2.0. Just like this forum :)

And there is also that fact that the whole color scheme for the template should be taken from the CSS-file. So if any images should be used, it should only be transparent PNG’s for certain effects, but preferably no images at all.
I’ve already tried out several PSD 2 HTML companies without any luck, unfortunately. Therefore I’ve written the templates quickly in html/css, now they just need that nice touch some designers have :)
I hope I have explained what I’m looking for so you’ll understand.

Can anybody help me with where to find such a “freelancer” and how much this would cost to get done for all 5 templates.
