Potential projects include but are not limited to creating web sites, web experiences, microsites, e-commerce platforms, widgets, applications and mobile experiences. In addition a deep understanding of how to utilize and optimize social media outlets is a key factor for any successful candidate. Strong IA/UX skills , design skills and leadership skills are a must. Must have 3-5 years experience.</p>\n<p><br />SKILLS</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attention to detail/Strong QA. </li>\n<li>Solid foundation in SEO programs and trends </li>\n<li>Key knowledge and understanding of programming (CSS) and web design, and how it affects SEO </li>\n<li>Be able to code and optimize for cross-browser compatibility with HTML4/CSS2.1 -- HTML5/CSS3 knowledge a plus </li>\n<li>Mastery of jQuery/JavaScript </li>\n<li>Thorough knowledge of HTML, Flash, CSS, PHP, JavaScript and additional languages </li>\n<li>Knowledge of Coda and Versions app a plus </li>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator/Fireworks and other industry tools (Print experience a plus &ndash; InDesign) </li>\n<li>Strong conceptual, design, interface design and layout skills</li>\n<li>Knowledge of web development, usability and design, layout and typography principles </li>\n<li>Reports to Chief Creative Officer </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br />PROGRAMMING LANGUAGES/DEVELOPMENT KNOWLEDGE</p>\n<ul>\n<li>HTML/CSS, advance </li>\n<li>PHP, Medium to advance. Knowledge of Code Igniter or Wordpress Development a plus </li>\n<li>ASP .NET, Medium to advance.
