<p>Creative communications agency seeking experienced programmer/front end developer to work across a broad range of clients and platforms. Potential projects include but are not limited to creating web sites, web experiences, microsites, e-commerce platforms, widgets, applications and mobile experiences. In addition a deep understanding of how to utilize and optimize social media outlets is a key factor for any successful candidate. Strong IA/UX skills , design skills and leadership skills are a must. Must have 3-5 years experience.</p>
<p><br />SKILLS</p>
<ul>
<li>Attention to detail/Strong QA. </li>
<li>Solid foundation in SEO programs and trends </li>
<li>Key knowledge and understanding of programming (CSS) and web design, and how it affects SEO </li>
<li>Be able to code and optimize for cross-browser compatibility with HTML4/CSS2.1 -- HTML5/CSS3 knowledge a plus </li>
<li>Mastery of jQuery/JavaScript </li>
<li>Thorough knowledge of HTML, Flash, CSS, PHP, JavaScript and additional languages </li>
<li>Knowledge of Coda and Versions app a plus </li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator/Fireworks and other industry tools (Print experience a plus – InDesign) </li>
<li>Strong conceptual, design, interface design and layout skills</li>
<li>Knowledge of web development, usability and design, layout and typography principles </li>
<li>Reports to Chief Creative Officer </li>

<li>HTML/CSS, advance </li>
<li>PHP, Medium to advance. Knowledge of Code Igniter or Wordpress Development a plus </li>
<li>ASP .NET, Medium to advance. Knowledge of Windows Server IIS 6 + a plus </li>
<li>ActionScript 3, Medium to advance </li>
<li>Objective-C, working knowledge and understand Model-View-Controller design pattern </li>
<li>Ruby, any level a plus but not necessary </li>
<li>MySQL or database management a plus </li>
<li>Mobile development a plus </li>

<li>Managing client presentations for specific projects</li>

<li>Banner Ads
<ul>
<li>Layout and flash animation for specific media buys </li>
<li>Establishing company presence as a producer of rich media executions</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Application Development
<ul>
<li>Web apps, layout, flow design </li>
<li>Mobile apps, layout, flow design</li>
</ul>

<li>Creative Direction
<ul>
<li>Working with the Production team to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of sites that exceed client expectations </li>
<li>Thinking strategically on improvement of company digital acumen and strategy for the future </li>

<li>Personnel Management
<ul>
<li>Responsible for project work and personal development of junior developers </li>
<li>Responsible for project work of freelance or contract developers when required </li>
<li>Meetings with Art Directors to help them bridge into digital space and interactive media</li>
