They will also be charged with determining the best ways/practices for design and functionality of new web properties in terms of highest conversion rate. This will be accomplished through the use of A/B testing, various analytics programs, and industry best practices. The Web Development and Design Manager will be responsible for managing a small in house team and third party firms while also working directly with other Yodle departments to accomplish the marketing goals of each Yodle client.</div><div class=\"paragraph_break\"><br /></div><div>The Web Development and Design Manager will also plan, design and code Yodle web properties following the Yodle style guide and geared towards high conversion. They will also serve as a project manager and be in charge of the entire creative team\u2019s open project queue and will ensure that their work will be completed on the right time schedule with the highest levels of quality. The ability to successfully manage dozens of open projects and ensuring timely and accurate delivery is a must.</div><div class=\"paragraph_break\"><br /></div><div><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br /></div><div>\u2022 Manages creative team to ensure strategic and creative objectives are understood and consistently met, communicating project status and recommending adjustments to plan<br /></div><div>\u2022 Overseeing and project managing dozens of open tasks at any given time an ensuring they are being completed with the utmost quality and on time<br /></div><div>\u2022 Works with other departments to create/produce appropriate web properties and performance testing&nbsp;<br /></div><div>\u2022 Create landing pages, websites and other web properties that are optimized for high conversion rates<br /></div><div>\u2022 Provide conceptual, design, analytics testing, and copy direction as appropriate for all web properties&nbsp;<br /></div><div>\u2022 Communicate effectively with departments, team members and other project related groups to ensure project objectives are understood and consistently met, communicating project status and recommending adjustments to plan.&nbsp;<br /></div><div>\u2022 Manage the resource allocation of internal and external resources of the creative staff<br /></div><div>\u2022 Works with other departments to create/produce appropriate web properties and performance testing</div><div class=\"paragraph_break\"><br /></div><div><strong>Qualifications</strong><br /></div><div>\u2022 Must be great designer and superior knowledge of tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Flash<br /></div><div>\u2022 Must be a great HTML/CSS Coder. Ability to hand code a must!<br /></div><div>\u2022 Undergraduate degree in Fine Arts or related field or equivalent visual design<br /></div><div>\u2022 2+ years experience in managing a team as well as project managing in a very high volume environment<br /></div><div>\u2022 Ability to multitask and work on dozens and dozens of open tasks in a single day under tight deadlines<br /></div><div>\u2022 Ability to serve as a liaison on project status between the sales team and account management team<br /></div><div>\u2022 Serve as an escalation point should priorities/deadlines on a given project need to be changed<br /></div><div>\u2022 Must be familiar with web metrics such as CTR, Conversion, CPC, CPM, etc\u2026<br /></div><div>\u2022 Experience in landing page optimization, design for direct response, A/B and multivariable testing<br /></div><div>\u2022 Front end development experience and design required<br /></div><div>\u2022 Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography & limitations of the web<br /></div><div>\u2022 Ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
