We are currently looking for a web designer to work with us on more or less continuous basis.&nbsp;First project for you will be to finalize somewhat mostly completed project, probably tweaking it a little bit(hence the budget, though it&#8217;s not set in stone).<br>Requirements:<ul><li>Experience in designing websites :)<br></li><li>Ability to communicate on a daily basis, either over the phone, IM, Email.&nbsp;<br></li><li>Good working knowledge of best web design practices.&nbsp;<br></li><li>Understanding of limitations and possibilities of <span class=\"caps\">HTML</span>/CSS, JavaScript and Flash. You don\u2019t need to code in any of these, but you need to know what each one of these technologies is for and what it\u2019s capable of.<br></li><li>A track of successful projects with timely delivery<br></li><li>Ability to cater to client\u2019s requirements and change visual style and design approach. You know &#8211; design for a Fortune 500 company may slightly differ from a design for the local bakery website.
