Looking for a web designer (US)

MEV is a New York based web and software development company. We are currently looking for a web designer to work with us on more or less continuous basis. First project for you will be to finalize somewhat mostly completed project, probably tweaking it a little bit(hence the budget, though it’s not set in stone). Requirements:<ul><li>Experience in designing websites :) </li><li>Ability to communicate on a daily basis, either over the phone, IM, Email.  </li><li>Good working knowledge of best web design practices.  </li><li>Understanding of limitations and possibilities of HTML/CSS, JavaScript and Flash. You don’t need to code in any of these, but you need to know what each one of these technologies is for and what it’s capable of. </li><li>A track of successful projects with timely delivery </li><li>Ability to cater to client’s requirements and change visual style and design approach. You know – design for a Fortune 500 company may slightly differ from a design for the local bakery website.
